Privacy Policy

Meirakami designs and operates private AI executive assistants for our clients. We take care with the information we collect from our website visitors and from clients during engagements. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how to contact us with questions.

Information we collect

Website visitors. When you visit meirakami.md, our hosting provider automatically processes standard request information such as IP address, user agent, and referring URL for security and traffic measurement. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

Contact and purchase information. When you email us or purchase a service, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email address, business name, and the contents of your message. Payments are processed by Stripe; Meirakami does not store full payment card numbers.

Client engagement data. During an engagement we configure your AI assistant using information you choose to share with us — for example, examples of how you communicate, your contacts and calendar, and your business processes. We treat all such information as confidential under our Terms of Service and use it only to deliver the service.

How we use information

  • To respond to your inquiry and provide the service you purchased.
  • To operate, maintain, and improve the agent we built for you.
  • To send service-related messages (billing receipts, monthly review scheduling, incident notifications).
  • To comply with applicable laws and to enforce our agreements.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use client engagement data to train third-party general-purpose models.

Third parties we use

Operating the service involves trusted third parties, each with their own privacy practices:

  • Payments: Stripe (checkout, subscriptions, invoices).
  • AI infrastructure: third-party AI model providers used to power your assistant. These providers process data under their own privacy policies and do not use your data to train general-purpose models.
  • Integrations you authorize: messaging, calendar, file storage, and any other services you connect to your assistant.

Data retention

We retain your engagement data for as long as your agent is active and for a reasonable period afterwards (typically up to twelve months) for support and continuity. On written request after termination, we will delete client engagement data we control, subject to legitimate record-keeping needs (such as tax records).

Security

We follow reasonable industry practices to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls on production systems, and credentials kept in a secured vault. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@meirakami.md. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your local privacy law (such as the GDPR or CCPA); we will honor those rights as required.

Children

Meirakami's services are not directed to children under sixteen (16) and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

We may update this policy. The current version's effective date is shown at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to active clients.
